I echo those who describe terrible customer service. It took several inquiries via phone, Whatsapp, email just to simply get a copy of an invoice. The desk at A77 did not answer the phone two days in a row. If they can't be bothered to respond in a timely manner to customers, what else can they not be bothered with. Do not recommend.
Our go-to for ferry trip weekends. Lovely quiet spot, great staff. The rooms have been done up really nicely. Very comfy bed. The TV has an hdmi port built into the wall which is a nice touch

Pretty normal Premier Inn experience. Always be sure to put your car registration into the tablet to avoid a fine. A welcome non standard addition is the Amazon collection locker in reception.
Premier Plus rooms have the normal iron, coffee machine, little chocolate bars, better Wi-Fi, and the important fridge to keep some proper milk in.
Did not eat here. The roads leading in can get busy on an evening.
We stayed here for 1 night as we were attending the Monstertruck event at the racecourse. Booked for early check in and were greeted by Leeanne. Check in was simple and easy and she made sure we validated our parking on the machine at reception. Room/ bathroom was spotless, would say the heating can be quite loud when the radiator is heating up and the TV was a pain to work but the room was honestly spot on.
Didn't realise we had to book for dinner but we were seated straight away.
Also hadnt booked for breakfast as we didn't know if we would be ready for it in the morning but went down and were accommodated no problem.
Massive shout to Leeanne, Emilia, Claudia and Chris, you guys were all so friendly and welcoming during our stay and the extra effort giving the kids Easter eggs doesn't go unnoticed. Will 100% visit again in the future.
